　　(1)車輛通行能力:檢查車輛外部是否有損壞或油漆層脫落，車身或駕駛室門窗、玻璃、鉸鏈、門鎖、把手等是否有損壞。是完整和有效的。

　　(1) Vehicle capacity: Check whether the outside of the vehicle is damaged or the paint layer falls off, whether the body or cab doors and windows, glass, hinges, door locks, handles, etc. are damaged. It is complete and effective.

　　(2)安全:轉向、傳動、制動等機構有松動、泄漏、缺陷等現象。

　　(2) Safety: There are loosening, leakage and defects in steering, transmission and braking mechanisms.

　　(3)基礎件:缸體、變速器殼體、前后橋、車架變形、開裂嚴重。

　　(4)輪胎:檢查輪胎是否有異常磨損現象。

　　3.對車輛進行二次維修前，應進行試驗診斷和技術評估。附加作業和小修項目應根據結果確定，并與二次維修一起進行。
