          ①同步器制造質量不高。如鎖銷強度不足,鉚接不牢固,容易造成同步器架歪斜,這樣難以保證錐盤和錐環之間的間隙,往往在空檔位置時,錐盤與錐環仍接觸而燒損。

          ②潤滑油質量差。潤滑油中結膠,污物填滿同步器摩擦錐環錐面的齒紋溝槽內,造成摩擦系數下降,同步器失控,所以要定期更換潤滑油。
